The technology and smartphone giant from China has announced to hold a conference on the first day of September for the release of the new smartphones. The rumor has it that Huawei might be going to launch its successor to the plus size device Huawei Mate 8 while positioning the launch before the announcement of iPhone 7 Plus, successor to iPhone 6 Plus which is the plus size variant of the device range from Apple which sounds like an attempt to steal limelight from the Apple device to an extent. We are now to see how successful will Huawei be in tapping Apple's phablet market.
On the other side, Huawei is now launching its flagship device P9 in several countries, while the high end device of its Honor range, the Honor 8, is said to be announced in a week. While Huawei has become the 3rd biggest smartphone vendor in the world, we got see how well can it compete with the other two big companies in the smartphone market this year with its top-of-the-league offerings.
