Xiaomi's smartphone department has been the center of a lot of attention in the past one year with some cheap-yet-good phablet devices and improving flagship devices that come with a competitive price. This time, things are a little different, and seemingly good for Xiaomi.
Xiaomi's next flagship, the Mi5 was announced in the first quarter of 2016 that sported a Snapdragon 820 processor, later the focus shifted on Mi 5s which is said to be released in August.
There have been rumors about the Mi 5s carrying a number of latest sensors that are yet to be confirmed, though now according to leaked renders, the device sports a dual camera setup on the rear (though it is not confirmed either). There also was news about Xiaomi acquiring dual camera setups from Samsung. Let's take a look:
By the looks in the leaked renders, it looks like the device will carry an aluminum body with back panel apparently made out of plastic, while the dual camera is supported with dual color LED flash just like the iPhone. While the device design seems quite different from its predecessor, the Mi5, The Xiaomi Mi 5s is said to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 chipset which is same as the Mi5. The device is known to carry 6 gigabytes of RAM, fingerprint sensor, and possibly a pressure sensitive display. Though not to forget that everything's just a rumor.
